How Is Penile Fat Grafting Surgery Performed?

B. Fat Collection and Transfer

Fat is collected from a suitable area of your body using liposuction.
The collected fat is prepared and carefully transferred beneath the skin of the penile shaft to increase girth.

C. Recovery and Follow-Up

Swelling and bruising may occur in both the donor area and the treated area.
Some transferred fat may be absorbed as the area heals. Follow-up visits allow the result to be assessed over time.

Can Penile Lengthening and Fat Transfer Be Combined?

If excess fat above the base of the penis conceals part of the shaft, liposuction of that area may also be considered. Scrotal webbing can be corrected when needed. The penoplasty procedures included in each patient’s surgical plan depend on their anatomy and goals.
